Beta Program Terms (summary)

The RestoreIQ beta is invitation-only. Beta access is personal to the invited person (or, for a Shop invitation, the invited shop) and can't be transferred.
No credit card is required to join. The beta gives 90 days of access to RestoreIQ and the VINgeaux features inside it, starting the first time you sign in with your invited email address.
Beta software may be incomplete, may change, and may have errors. Keep your own copies of anything important, and don't rely on the beta for safety-critical decisions.
If you subscribe to a paid plan at any time during your beta or within 30 days after it ends, you'll receive an extra 20% off your already-discounted subscription price for as long as you stay subscribed. If you subscribe before your beta ends, you won't be charged until your beta period ends.
If you don't subscribe, access ends shortly after your 90 days. Your project data isn't deleted when the beta ends.
Pelagic Studio may use feedback you share to improve its products.
Use of RestoreIQ during the beta is also subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. A full Beta Participation Agreement is under attorney review and will replace this summary; you'll be asked to accept it when it's published.
