This RestoreIQ Cookie, Third-Party Services & Export / Print Disclosure (this “Disclosure”) explains how Pelagic Studio LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Pelagic Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies, relies on third-party services, and handles export, PDF, Book Studio, print-preparation, and related output features in connection with RestoreIQ.
This Disclosure supplements the RestoreIQ Terms of Service / SaaS Access Agreement, Privacy Policy, Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Support, Backup & Data Retention Policy.
By accessing or using RestoreIQ, you acknowledge this Disclosure.
1. Purpose of This Disclosure
RestoreIQ may use browser technologies, third-party services, integrations, exports, generated documents, print-preparation tools, AI-assisted content, and Book Studio features to provide the application experience.
This Disclosure is intended to help customers understand:
what cookies and similar technologies may be used;
why those technologies are used;
what types of third-party services may support RestoreIQ;
how third-party terms may apply;
how exports, PDFs, reports, print files, and Book Studio outputs should be reviewed; and
what responsibilities remain with the customer.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
RestoreIQ and related websites may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, log files, device identifiers, session identifiers, and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies and Similar Technologies”).
These technologies may be used on:
the RestoreIQ website;
landing pages;
account registration flows;
login and authentication flows;
the RestoreIQ application;
subscription and checkout flows;
support pages;
documentation pages;
analytics tools; and
related Pelagic Studio web properties.
3. Types of Cookies and Similar Technologies We May Use
3.1 Essential Cookies
Essential Cookies are necessary for RestoreIQ to function. These may support:
account login;
authentication;

security;
fraud prevention;
load balancing;
application navigation;
user preference storage;
checkout flow operation; and

If Essential Cookies are disabled, RestoreIQ may not function properly.

unauthorized access detection;

3.5 Marketing Cookies
Pelagic Studio may use Marketing Cookies in connection with the public RestoreIQ website or Pelagic Studio marketing pages. These may support:

referral tracking;
advertising measurement;
conversion tracking;
audience measurement; and
marketing effectiveness analysis.
Marketing Cookies are not required for core RestoreIQ application functionality. Pelagic Studio may limit or avoid Marketing Cookies during early GTM/V1 operations.

other vendors necessary to provide RestoreIQ.

8. Third-Party Terms and Privacy Policies
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, data processing terms, service limitations, fees, availability, outage risks, retention practices, security measures, and support rules.
By using features that rely on third-party services, you acknowledge that:
third-party terms may apply;
third-party providers may process information as necessary to provide their services;
Pelagic Studio does not control all third-party systems or policies;
third-party services may change, suspend, or discontinue functionality;
third-party outages may affect RestoreIQ functionality; and
Pelagic Studio may replace, remove, suspend, or modify third-party integrations at any time.
9. Payment Processors
If RestoreIQ uses a third-party payment processor, billing information may be processed by that provider.
Pelagic Studio does not intend to directly store full payment card numbers when using a third-party payment processor. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Authentication Providers
RestoreIQ may use third-party authentication providers to support account creation, login, passwordless login, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, role management, or session management.
Authentication providers may process account identifiers, email addresses, session data, login events, IP addresses, device details, and related security information.
11. AI Providers and AI Processing Modes
RestoreIQ may offer AI-assisted features such as caption generation, narrative generation, documentation assistance, project summaries, media organization, and guided workflow suggestions.
Depending on the product configuration, AI processing may occur through:
manual-only mode, where no AI processing is used for selected features;
local AI mode, where AI processing may occur on a customer-controlled device or local environment;
cloud AI mode, where prompts, selected project context, media descriptions, or outputs may be processed by cloud AI providers; or
hybrid modes.
Customers are responsible for selecting the AI mode appropriate for their privacy, security, operational, and risk preferences.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, unsuitable, or inconsistent. Customers must review and verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
12. Print, Publishing, and Fulfillment Providers
RestoreIQ may support exports or workflows intended for use with print, publishing, photo book, or fulfillment providers.
Third-party print or publishing providers may have their own:
file specifications;
accepted formats;
bleed, trim, spine, color, and resolution requirements;
content rules;
pricing;
shipping policies;
refund policies;
production timelines;
quality standards;
account requirements; and
terms of service.
Pelagic Studio does not control third-party print providers unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
13. Export and Output Features
RestoreIQ may allow customers to generate or download outputs such as:
project reports;
project summaries;
build documentation;
inventory reports;
media indexes;
vendor and purchase summaries;
budget reports;
schedule reports;
guided workflow summaries;
PDF exports;
Book Studio layouts;
image captions;
project narratives;
AI-generated drafts;
print-ready files;
provider-specific files;
JSON or data exports, if offered; and
other documentation or export formats.
Available export types may vary by plan, product version, feature availability, device, browser, local/cloud configuration, or third-party provider requirements.
14. Customer Responsibility for Reviewing Outputs
Customers are responsible for reviewing all exports and outputs before relying on, publishing, printing, submitting, sharing, selling, or distributing them.
Before use, customers should verify:
vehicle details;
project dates;
part records;
assembly and subassembly records;
vendor information;
purchase information;
budget and expense data;
media placement;
captions;
narratives;
AI-generated content;
page order;
image quality;
image rights;
spelling and grammar;
print layout;
color appearance;
resolution;
file format;
trim and bleed;
cover and spine settings;
provider requirements; and
intended use.
15. Book Studio Disclaimer
RestoreIQ’s Book Studio features, if offered, are intended to help customers organize restoration media, narratives, captions, documentation, and project history into book-style layouts or export packages.
Customer is solely responsible for:
selecting photos and content;
reviewing page layouts;
verifying captions and narratives;
confirming ownership or permission to use all images and text;
proofreading all content;
confirming print specifications;
reviewing final proofs;
submitting files to third-party print providers;
approving production orders; and
handling third-party provider accounts, payment, shipping, returns, and quality disputes.
Pelagic Studio does not guarantee that any Book Studio output will be accepted by a third-party provider, print correctly, meet provider specifications, or satisfy customer expectations.
16. PDF and Print Output Disclaimer
PDFs, print files, and documentation exports may render differently depending on:
browser;
device;
operating system;
installed fonts;
image resolution;
source media quality;
export settings;
paper size;
printer settings;
third-party PDF tools;
print provider specifications;
color profiles; and
software version.
Pelagic Studio does not guarantee color accuracy, print quality, pagination, provider acceptance, binding fit, spine accuracy, bleed accuracy, trim accuracy, or final printed appearance unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
17. Intellectual Property and Content Rights in Outputs
As between Customer and Pelagic Studio, Customer retains ownership of Customer Content included in outputs, subject to the RestoreIQ Terms of Service / SaaS Access Agreement.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that outputs do not infringe third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, contract rights, or other proprietary rights.
Customers should avoid including third-party logos, vehicle brand marks, copyrighted manuals, diagrams, photos, or other protected materials unless they have the right to do so.
18. No Professional Certification or Compliance Guarantee
RestoreIQ exports, reports, documentation, and Book Studio outputs are informational and organizational tools. They are not professional certifications, roadworthiness certifications, mechanical certifications, legal compliance certifications, insurance certifications, appraisal documents, or official inspection records unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Customers must consult qualified professionals for safety, mechanical, legal, insurance, tax, appraisal, inspection, and regulatory matters.
19. Changes to Third-Party Services and Output Features
Pelagic Studio may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue third-party services, integrations, AI providers, export formats, PDF tools, Book Studio features, or print provider workflows at any time.
Pelagic Studio may also change supported file formats, storage limits, media limits, export limits, and provider-specific templates as RestoreIQ evolves.
