RestoreIQ could not complete the secure sign-in handoff. This affects account access only; it does not move, delete, or synchronize the local project database.

What happened

Reason: session. Secure sign-in is configured but the session could not be verified.

Recommended recovery

  1. 1Retry sign-in. A temporary network or session problem may already be resolved.
  2. 2Open Setup if sign-in configuration is incomplete or the problem repeats.
  3. 3Do not delete or recreate the project database; authentication recovery does not require it.
  4. 4Use the localhost-only guided demo only for sample data—not real customer or production records.

RestoreIQ restoration records, project media paths, budgets, purchases, workflow, evidence, and build-book records are stored in RestoreIQ's hosted Postgres database and Vercel Blob storage unless the operator intentionally exports, backs up, or sends selected data through an enabled connector.
