Secure access to this RestoreIQ installation

Sign in to protect your restoration records

Secure sign-in confirms who is opening RestoreIQ. Your projects, photos, costs, workflow, evidence, and build records remain in the local RestoreIQ database unless you intentionally export, back up, or use an enabled connector.

Use of RestoreIQ is subject to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Authentication and project data are separate

Clerk performs account authentication and session management. Clerk receives the identity and session data required for sign-in. RestoreIQ restoration records, project media paths, budgets, purchases, workflow, evidence, and build-book records are stored in RestoreIQ's hosted Postgres database and Vercel Blob storage unless the operator intentionally exports, backs up, or sends selected data through an enabled connector.

Choose the simplest role that fits

Roles describe responsibility—not skill level

Most first-time and DIY users should begin as Owner. Named technicians and reviewers can be added to a project later without creating concurrent user accounts.

Owner

Recommended for solo restorers

Full project access, settings, backups, contributors, and final decisions.

Project manager

Best for coordinating a shop build

Plans work, tracks blockers, reviews progress, and coordinates purchasing and documentation.

Technician or specialist

Best for assigned work

Records work, evidence, measurements, and status without needing ownership responsibility.
